NOVA Installation:

WARNING! Before installation of the NOVA hybrid muzzle device, remove the magazine and thoroughly inspect the chamber of the firearm to ensure that it is completely unloaded and safe for work to begin. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death to you and/or those around you.

1: Secure firearm in appropriate device to prevent movement and damage.

2: Remove the existing muzzle device and washer from the host weapon using the appropriate tool (usually a ¾” wrench). After removal, clean and check the         threads for debris or damage.

3: Install crush washer with the smaller conical end facing toward the breech and the larger open end facing toward the muzzle.

4: Thread the muzzle device to the host weapon, and using a 3/4” wrench, tighten until the NOVA logo is facing the downward position. Lateral vents should be at 3 and 9 o’clock respectively.

If wrench fits loosely apply tape to the flats to prevent marring.

Crush washers are single use, do not over tighten.

WARNING: Muzzle devices will modify the direction of the muzzle blast. Always wear propper hearing and eye protection while shooting or while near discharging firearms. Failure to do so may result in injury, including but not limited to, permanent hearing loss and/or blindness. Always handle fireams in a safe and responsible manner and use the correct safety equipment to prevent injury. We strongly recommend using hearing protection with a minimum NRR (noise reduction rating) of 30 or higher.

*No Muzzle Device Can Eliminate All Recoil.

This device is designed to maximize recoil reduction, muzzle control, and flash suppression
